
I don't have alot of news reguarding the job interviews yet. I have not heard from them yet so i'am in the waiting mode.The photo above is one of my favorite place Glacier National Park which is just south of Yellowstone. Its really beauitful and the lakes are crystal clear and alot of wildlife such as moose,deer,elf,ram,bear ect.We went out to a Mexican restuarant and the both us are extremely FULL and we are about to explode....I have something funny to share.This morning i was looking for work on careerbuilder and i found a job description that was very funny to me. It read that you be a good crimmial and have a good crimmial history. I bursted out laughing.So in other words crimmials have preference.

This morning is a frosty one with thick ice build up on the cars.Look at the ice in our back yard in the photo above,Ha ha.... Yesterday i had a good interview with Steritech. They are a pest control and food quality control company exclusively for high end commerical restuarants,hotels,hospitals ect.There is 2 weeks training in charlotte plus another 4 weeks training with a supervisor. They offer a company vechile to take home,100% medical coverage,10 holidays,2 weeks vacation and bonus's to start out. I should find out something this afternoon if i have a second interview. This morning i have an interview with Swisher Hyigene for a service route position. I have alot of bathroom experience so i should fit right in.This job is basically a route sales job with some installations. They do not work night nor weekends so that is a plus. An update on Anna. She came down with strep thoart over the weekend and went to the doctor on Monday and got some medication and we talked to her yesterday and she is doing better.

This morning we are waking up to frost and the current temp is 23 burrrr. That is cold for this time of year.Todays high is 46 with a low of 28.I am not sure its November its feel like January.The photo above is a picture of the Apple Barn .We stopped in Seiversville Tennessee on our way back from Michigan. We spent the night in Powell Tn just outside of knoxville and then we were on our way to Maw and Paws house and stopped at the Apple barn and went through the Smokey Mountains and stopped at Cherokee North Carolina.To my surprise there was a Big Boy hamburger restuarant in Cherokee, also Cherokee has adopted a bear theme and thought out the town you will be cerimac bears.If nothing changes we are looking forward to coming up to the hills for Thanksgiving at Bobbi house. Both Anna and Marshall will be coming up this year and they both will probably be their on Wednesday night. These are photos of Gaylord Michigan which is the town that my Dad lives in.The town decided in the 60's to have an alpine theme through out there town and have adopted Pontresina Switzerland as there sister city.The photo above is a picture of an alpine theme restuarant established in 1919. One other unique thing about Gaylord Michigan is that throughout that town there are different kinds and colors of ceramic bears.When we on our way back to North Carolina we stopped in Cherokee North Carolina and they too have ceramic bears throughout the town as well.Today we are expecting a frontal system coming through the state and rain is expected for thursday, friday and some saturday and a significant cooling trend is expected on Saturday with a high of 58.

The pictures above are photos of my Dads new house in the woods near Gaylord Michigan. There are several small lakes near by and alot of deer in the area. The living room has alot of windows and a skylight in it.They house is very spacious and has alot of pine wood in it. They have a huge backyard i think its 20 acres with a large garden in the back and a barn that my dad is constant trying to remodel.Next week on Monday and Thursday i have two job interviews with Merita bread as route sales rep and with Cintas a uniform Company as a Service sales rep. Today we are planing on going to the Farmers Market in Downtown WIlmington.There was a small farmers market a few years ago and it moved out and about 3 years ago Wilmington started one downtown and we have never been. The top picture is a photo of Mackinaw Island on a hill over looking an arch over Lake Huron. The bottom photo was taken on the boat dock at Mackinac City and we were waiting on star line cruise boat to take us to Mackinac Island. The water is very clear and deep in Lake Huron and as you can tell the shoreline is sandy.Last night i had a terrible sinsus headache over the eyes for hours and had a hard time going to sleep. I feel much better today. Its been cool on the coast for the past few days and we have a slight warm up with the temp in the mid 70's and the lows in the mid 40's tonight however the rest of the week the lows will be in the 50's. This is what Venice looks like from the canal. There are motorized gongola boats. Venice is actually on an island.People do live in the houses in the water. I would not recomend going there in the summer because it does stink. Some of the buildings are historical and beauitful and the Italian cusine is really good. There is alot of painters and catherdals in Venices.Its quiet the tourist trap in some areas.Today i have not been feeling well. I have been a bit dizzy,light headed and a bit sick to my stomach at times. This photo above is a picture of the star line boat we took from Mackinac city to Mackinac Island. They called these boats rooster tails. It was a beauitful day when we rode the boat with the temps in the lower 70's. The island is in Lake Huron and you can see the Mackinac bridge on the way there. Last night Marshall arrived from Atlanta and Anna was very surprised. This morning Cindy made blue berry pancakes and it was very good. Later in the day we celebrated Anna's birthday. We are finally back from Michigan and had a wonderul trip. This is a photo at the restuarant we ate at in Frankenmuth Michigan called the Bavarian Inn and the food was delicious. The whole town of Frankenmuth is in Bavarian style.The restuarant had murails in each section of the restaurants.We had some Frankenmuth chicken,sourbrauten and wienner schienzel and it all was very good.Frankenmuth is the home the worlds largest Christmas store Bronners.We were unable to see Bronners because time ran out.The town has a covered bridge over a river which has alot of weeping willows it was just beauitful and the weather was really nice with the temp in the upper 70's. When we left for Michigan we had a tropical storm Kyle come through with heavy winds of 50 mph and cool temps, However the more north we went the warmer it was.We went through winston-salem to I-77 on our way through Virginia,West Virginia,Ohio and them Michigan.We stopped off in Sugar Creek ohio which is known as Little Switzerland and visited the town and saw some amish people driving their wagon and then went to Berlin Ohio and saw the Heini Cheese Haus and traveled though Amish country.Its a different way of life and quiet interesting and then made out way to our hotel west of Cleveland in Elyria,Ohio at the Holiday inn and the room was nice and clean.By far Ohio and Michigan were the cheapest states for Gas.When we came back from my dads we paid 3.269 per gallon in Michigan about 3 miles from the Ohio border and a few miles ahead we saw a sign for 3.219. Yesterday we were busy on Mapquest, google maps mapping our way to and from Michigan and getting detailed maps at the places we will be staying at in Elyria,Ohio and Knoxville and we planning on visiting Frankenmuth Michigan which is know as little Bravia and the home of the worlds largest Christmas Store. We got a map of Knoxville to find out way to the House of Prayer in Knoxville. We also found out the a large section of I-40 in Knoxville is under construction so we are planning our way around that and we plan on staying in Powell Tn which is North of Knoxville.The Photo above is one of my favorite places to visit which is Glacier National Park just 10 miles south of Yellowstone National Park. I think Glacier is more scenic and they have crystal clear lakes just beauitful. Yesterday i was getting the car ready for the trip by doing an oil change and checking all the fluids and cleaning the insides of the car. The photos above are of Frankenmuth Michigan which is known as little Bravia and is the home of Bonners which is the worlds largest Christmas Store not pictured.As you enter Bonners they have two 40 foot toy soilders as you come in and the Town is a replica of German buildings .shops and restaurants as seen on the photo on the left.The photo on the right is Zehnders Restaurant and they are noted for chicken and German food. Today probably was the last day of heat for us this year when the temp was in the 90's however a cool front is moving in with rain for the next few days and the temp will hover around 80.The past few days i have been having trouble getting to sleep and have been feeling groggy during the daytime. Tommorrow is the big day to get that nagging tooth out. Hoorah..Yesterday afternoon and today the anitbotics are working and i am not in as much pain as i had been.

The photo above is a picture of the Mighty Mackinaw bridge which connects the lower and upper pennisula of Michigan and goes over the the straits of Lake Huron and Michigan. We will be going over this bridge. Its the longest suspension bridge in the world over 5 miles long.We should be in time to see some fall foilage in Michigan which should be beauitful.The temp at that time of year in late September and early October should be around 70. I spoke to my daughter Laura this morning who lives way up north In Grand Forks North Dakota. She is a college student learning to become a surgical tech. She informed me that she had the honor society. She has been working alot along with school and has been working out at the gym.I just spoke to Cindy who just got out of her Saturday morning womens Bible study meeting. I have been having a hankering for some finger lickin Chicken. So she has gone KFC or Smithfield to get some. Yum Yum. I can't wait until Tuesday to get this tooth pulled. Its really been bothering me. I have been taking antibotics for the infection and pain medicine when needed. When it wears off it really hurts. Today is a hot and humid,sticky,Sunny Saturday which the temp is suppose to reach near 90 and more of the same for Sunday.
